1 Rauta has certified the sandwich panels compliance with the modern requirements of construction regulations.
The certification procedure involved checking the characteristics of products according to the standards DSTU EN 14509, DSTU B B.2.7-169 (EN 13162), DBN B.2.6-31, DBN V.1.7, DSTU EN 10143, DSTU B EN 10346, DSTU EN 10169, DSTU EN 13501, etc.
The certificates cover Ruukki’s expanded product line of sandwich panels with polyisocyanurate foam core and new mineral wool panels, which are manufactured on the company’s modernized production line in Poland.
The updated range of Ruukki sandwich panels with polyisocyanurate foam core includes products with increased fire characteristics: E-PIR (EI15-EI30, M1), X-PIR (EI30, M0) and the most fire-resistant F-PIR panels (EI30-EI60, M0). Higher fire resistance properties for PIR panels allow expanding the scope of their application in buildings where previously only panels with mineral wool core could be used.
Ruukki recently launched a new line for the production of mineral wool panels in accordance with the company’s uniform rules of products identity and harmonization. The new nSPB panels have a denser joint structure, smaller gaps and more stable geometry, which ensured better energy efficiency and fire safety performance.
The list of certified products also includes FM Approved sandwich panels, a wide range of radius panels, accessories, components and fasteners.
