Rauta offers facade systems with three types of perforation – full, symmetrical or art. The last one allows you to create realistic pictures on the facade of the building with the possibility of their backlighting at night.
A special feature of Ruukki perforated facades is that the holes in the polymer-coated steel are created by stamping, not laser cutting, which avoids damage to the protective layer of steel. To reduce the cost and speed up the perforation, cluster punching began to be used. Cor-Ten, copper, zinc, stainless steel and aluminum, which do not corrode, can be laser cut.
The combination of perforated facades with internal lighting based on LED lamps allows you to create the facade with expressive appearance. The backlight can be single-colored or any color with the possibility of its dynamic change. In the updated Emotion system, instead of lamps located on the entire area of the facade, special LED lamps of the set type are used, which are located only in the basement part. This solution made it possible to reduce the cost of the lighting kit and simplify the installation technology.
In Ukraine, the Emotion system is available for all Ruukki facade claddings.
