nSPB sandwich panels are being produced on a new line at the Ruukki plant in Poland and have replaced the SPB panel line.
nSPB panels have improved fire performance with a new joint configuration, previously available only for the Scandinavian market. During manufacturing panels with new joint, the consumption of steel and mineral wool is reduced and it improves the product’s environmental friendliness.
The popular L25 linear profiling is now possible to apply for both sandwich panel facings. Using L25 profiling increases the mechanical resistance of the panels compared to L-profile facing. For example, for nSPB WS sandwich panels, using L25 facing on both sides increases load-bearing capacity by 10%, and for nSPB WEE panels – by 13%.
