“Business is a challenge to oneself. Before accepting it, think whether you are ready to take responsibility and be committed to the principles of trust and respect in your work. I am sure that our common goals and values will help each member of the team and the business as a whole to develop,” the general manager of Rauta said.
Ozeychuk added that while choosing a business model for Rauta they studied experience of the leading European producers of construction materials, as well as the key development trends in the construction industry of Ukraine.
