3General Manager of the construction and engineering company Rauta Andriy Ozeychuk shared his experience in creating and developing a new construction business as part of the Business Workshop project organized by the International Management Institute (MIM-Kyiv) on June 19.
While speaking at the event, Ozeychuk said that today Ukraine has favorable conditions for the development of business in the sphere of production of modern construction materials and engineering services for both the domestic market and export. He added that it was a deep understanding of construction using metal structures, as well as extensive experience in this area that formed the basis for Rauta.
“Business is a challenge to oneself. Before accepting it, think whether you are ready to take responsibility and be committed to the principles of trust and respect in your work. I am sure that our common goals and values will help each member of the team and the business as a whole to develop,” the general manager of Rauta said.
Ozeychuk added that while choosing a business model for Rauta they studied experience of the leading European producers of construction materials, as well as the key development trends in the construction industry of Ukraine. This allowed the company to offer the market the best solutions for commercial construction and build long-term partnership with many clients.
