The company’s specialists developed a project for a mobile hospital with prefabricated modular structures that meet all building standards, sanitary requirements and safety standards.
The project has unique technical solutions from sandwich panels and LGSF, which allows to construct a mobile infectious diseases hospital in any region of Ukraine in record time under any weather conditions.
The hospital’s rapid construction project meets the highest energy efficiency requirements. The heat transfer resistance of the used panels is 7.43 m2*K/W, which is 1.5 times higher than the existing requirements.
All hospital building envelope structures are made of factory-made sandwich panels with CSafe laminated coating, which is highly resistant to viruses, bacteria and frequent disinfection, thus eliminating the appearance of corrosion or fungi over a long period of time. The building design provides the possibility to use renewable energy sources such as solar panels and heat pumps.
A mobile hospital involves the most convenient residence for 72 patients and comfortable working conditions for medical personnel. The building has two autonomous zones with wards for patients with moderate and severe morbidity, an intensive care unit, offices for the head and nurse, rest rooms for staff, etc.
“The project is highly optimized for using ready-made solutions that can be mounted manually without using of wet processes and welding,” said Andriy Ozeychuk, Rauta director. “If necessary, such a modular hospital can be easily disassembled and moved to another region, as well as expanded or converted for other purposes.”
Rauta has developed for free design and estimate documentation for the building construction and is ready to build a mobile hospital in just 14 days. Moreover, the life-time cycle of such a building will be more than 30 years.
