The Rauta director spoke at the international forum REBUILD.UA LVIV 2022, where he shared his vision of post-war trends and construction technologies.
The REBUILD.UA LVIV 2022 forum was held on July 15-16, 2022 in Lviv and brought together experts from the construction and real estate market to discuss the current situation in Ukraine, as well as the prospects for the post-war restoration of destroyed facilities.
As part of the event, Andriy Ozeychuk spoke about the changes that will take place in the construction industry in the near future and will affect the principles of organizing the people safety in residential and commercial buildings. Rauta director also presented quick and efficient solutions new buildings construction or destroyed buildings restoration.
According to the speaker, one of the important features in the new buildings construction will be the premises availability to protect people: bomb shelters and safe rooms. When constructing facades, developers will give preference to non-combustible materials, and for the reconstruction of real estate objects they will use light and durable structures. During the presentation, Andriy Ozeychuk also showed new technologies for the Ukrainian market for the construction of frameless cottages and multi-storey buildings using sandwich panels.
