Choosing sandwich panels with a lower GWP allows developers to score higher points in LEED and BREEAM certification.
GWP allows to control buildings carbon footprint, supporting the principles of a circular economy. Developers, architects and designers can consciously choose more environmentally friendly sandwich panels and have a positive impact on climate change and the sustainability of building projects.
The global warming potential parameter, indicated in kg CO2 eq./m2 for stages A1-A3, can be found on the relevant Ruukki product pages.
