On April 17, Andriy Ozeychuk, Rauta Director, told about the features of the ventilated facades segment development in Ukraine as a part of the annual Architecture & Design Thinking forum.
According to the speaker, the main trends in the construction market are energy efficiency and architectural expressiveness, therefore, innovations in the facades are developing in the direction of energy-saving materials and individual solutions that can give the building a memorable design.
Speaking about energy efficiency, Andriy Ozeychuk noted that the cost of building construction is 1/6 of the total cost of its operation during the entire life circle, so it is very important to use the most energy-efficient materials.
“Responding to the customer’s needs, Rauta presented Ruukki Forma, a unique facade system for Ukraine, combining the aesthetics of a ventilated facade with the energy-saving properties of sandwich panels,” said Andriy Ozeychuk. – Ruukki Forma facade provides excellent opportunities for creating an expressive building architecture, as well as increasing its energy efficiency.
Note that the ventilated facades and Ruukki sandwich panels are the most high-quality and energy-efficient solutions presented on the Ukrainian market.
According to the Rauta director, in 2019 it is expected more than 10% growth of the ventilated facade market compared to the last year.
