2As part of the summer architectural school in.Lab School, Rauta CEO made a presentation on modern trends in facade architecture.
The training course, which takes place from July 15 to 20, is based on the reproduction of the Kaohsiung Port Terminal building model using a combination of 7 programs (Revit + Rhinoceros + Grasshopper + Enscape + Twinmotion + Blender + Photoshop).
In his presentation, Andriy Ozeychuk talked about perforated facades, volumetric elements, facade lamellas, creative use of sandwich panels, the play of colors and the use of Cor-Ten weathering steel.
Rauta recently provided a grant to pay 90% of the cost of education, to which about 50 architects applied, and based on the results of the school’s lecturers’ selection, Veronika Sumchenko, a young architect from Donetsk region, received the grant.
